Why is it that only on Valentine’s Day, do we choose to show our love for others. There are three hundred and sixty four other days, to consider, why can’t we show our affection those days.  Some will say, that is a day set aside to show the one you care about, how much you love them, while others will say, it the time that couples can plan a day, and do special things……….like everyone else?!

Be different, plan a Valentine’s Day like no other, perhaps go for a massage together, take a walk on the boardwalk, and kiss under the moonlight, cuddling since it might be a cold or chilly night. Something very different could be a picnic, in your living room, put down a blanket, have a meal prepared, and a nice bottle sparkling wine, sit down together, but not before disconnecting the telephone, and shutting off cell phones and beepers.

Valentine’s Day is for lovers other say, while I believe everyday is for lovers. We find those we love, and should go, loving them more and more each day. Don’t wait until Valentine’s Day to show the one you love your affection, why not do it today, how about now.

Learn to be spontaneous and plan your own Valentine’s Day, in May or September, why wait, until everyone is publicly showing his or her feelings. To make your May or September Valentine’s Day extra-ordinary, buy two Valentine’s Day cards, one for February, and put one away for your own special little Valentine’s Day. It will show the one you love, that you put planning into this moment, then really plan something special. I will leave the entertainment up to you. Just don’t wait until Valentine’s Day to tell the ones you love, that you love them.
