The Perfect Valentine’s Day Gift
What is the perfect Valentine’s Day gift? If you are struggling to find a gift for that special someone this Valentine’s Day, or are thinking of falling into the trap of jewelery or perfume, I have the perfect solution…
Valentine’s Day. The run-up to which has left many a man lost and confused in shopping centres across the globe. Stores everywhere are cashing in, advertising “the perfect valentine’s day gift”. Well be it no more – I have found the perfect Valentine’s Day gift, or indeed a great gift to give to someone special for Christmas, birthdays, or any other special day. It is perhaps a little expensive, although no more expensive than a decent piece of jewellery, and much more enjoyable. I promise that this gift will leave that special someone with a smile so large that their ears will technically be inside their mouth. So what is that perfect Valentine’s Day gift?
Well, its larger than a typical house, can be any colour, and is guaranteed to take her breath away. Still not got it yet? No? Well I do love suspense, so here’s another clue. The perfect Valentine’s Day gift is less of a material object, more of an experience (enjoyed from something that is any colour, and larger than your house of course). I suspect that some of the more enlightened among you may be catching on, so to savour some of the suspense, I will reveal what is surely the perfect Valentine’s Day gift.
The perfect Valentine’s Day gift is…. and I suspect that after all this hype it could be perhaps an anti climax……..
A hot air balloon trip. Perhaps an unusual choice, but just imagine her response when you give her the tickets this valentine’s day. Imagine how thoughtful she will think you have been; imagine how excited she will be. She can look forward to the most elegant, relaxing, and gentle form of transport, with amazing aerial views for miles around. This valentine’s day, you really can give her something special.
Most trips offer an experience of around 3 hours, with at least an hour in the air. The rest of the time can be spent watching the set up and inflation of the balloon (quite a spectacle in itself), and the all important champagne toast afterwards. There are many companies operating throughout the country, all of which offer a magnificent, safe, and life changing experience.
As for the actual flight itself, you can look forward to around an hour of beautiful aerial views for miles around. Whether you fly over towns and villages or spectacular countryside, you are sure to have a once in a lifetime experience. The balloon will be controlled by an experienced pilot, although the path itself mostly depends on the air, so this valentine’s day you really will be free as the wind.
So how much will it set you back? Well prices vary quite vastly, but you could get two tickets for as little as £200. And of course, you can book in advance, so you won’t have to go out in the usually chilly February weather surrounding Valentine’s Day. Instead, give her the tickets, and book during the summer. So what do you think she would rather receive this Valentine’s Day – more jewellery? Another expensive fragrance? Or would she rather you treated her to a once in a lifetime evening floating elegantly across the sky? She really will be over the moon this valentine’s day if you give her this amazing gift. And remember, it’s not all just for her – you get to go with her, and share what is sure to be one of the most memorable evenings of your lives.
