ioffer works similar to E-Bay and you can even upload you E-Bay customer feedback to your ioffer account so that sellers or buyers will trust you more. Different to E-Bay you don’t have to match a starting bid you can just make an offer which you are willing to pay and the seller can agree or disagree so this gives a chance to grab a bargain if you persist well.

Most of the items are shippable to all worldwide destination’s but unfortunately usually come wit a high price if you are far from the sellers area/country so you may not get a great deal of discount but the great thing is the items are so cheap the more you buy (bulk) the cheaper each item is when the item’s are shipped together.

On ioffer typically a range of the same items so don’t always go for the first cheap item you see, because there is more than one seller selling the same item they prices get lower and lower so they can achieve more sales, so look around and spend some good time browsing to get the best price.

The site isn’t easy to browse for a particular item as there are thousands for sale and unlike E-Bay there is not particular time limit on a sale and items can be listed for a long period of time but it is worth browsing thought the site for an hour or two to find a great bargain.

When purchasing note that not all the items are genuine and there are counterfeit brand items around so be careful and state to the seller that you are only interested in the real thing.
