Coffee has been a drink since the 9th century and become famous around the world. It has not remained a drink, it also became an art.

A large part of artist and his family is the town they are currently, and always have been installed in. What was it like for a town to boast of the famous artists is has contributed to the Filipino heritage, and what was it like to lose one of them?

The museum’s location and the town itself lends some aura of creativity aside from the artists themselves… Like the artists in the town of Angono, little has been said about the place itself however it has produced some of the Philippines National Artists.

Jose V. Blanco and his family were often referred to as “muralists”. As the term is foreign to the author, an endeavor to find out more about a muralist was in order.
