What makes people become dedicated to going to the gym on a regular basis? I have to admit, I still wonder the same thing myself. One thing I have realized is that at times I have to push myself to go the gym by myself. Even though there may be a familiar face or two that is in the gym whenever you’re there, more than likely you’re going to be around people that you don’t know. That alone can discourage you from going to the gym regularly.
