Wheat Germ

In the mid-20th century, American nutritionist and self-help author Dr. Bengamin Gayelord Hauser (1895-1984), more often referred to as Gayelord Hauser, promoted the “natural way of eating.” According to the theory’s exponent, there are five “wonder foods” that are guaranteed to add years to your life. These are skimmed milk, brewer’s yeast, yoghurt, blackstrap molasses and wheat germ. These items can be found in practically every modern household today.
