What is a Fairy Dance Centerpiece?

I’ve been making and selling Fairy Houses for over 10 years.  One day back when I was first selling them, I thought that there should be more things to help attract fairies.  I got the idea for the centerpiece when I came across a broken wine glass.  I cut what was left of the bell off of the stem.  Then I took one of the many clear crystals that I had dug up over at the crystal mine here in Arkansas and attached it to the top of the stem.  To hide where they were attached, I wrapped gold cord around it in that area.  While making it, I thought up how I could get people interested in this item. 

I put the first Fairy Dance Centerpiece on e-Bay and priced it around $9.  I got a bid that day.  By the end of the auction it was over $20.  I had to make more.  I don’t always use the stem of a wine glass.  I’ve used all sorts of items for putting the crystal on top.

This is how I wrote up my pitch for the centerpiece.

Clean off your table each night and put the centerpiece in the center.  While you are sleeping the Fairies, Pixies, Gnomes and other mystical things will come and dance around it casting their magic all around.  Remember, where Fairies gather so does love, care, passion, creativity and other positive magic grow.
